This week, Terry Bos, President & CEO of Sault Ste. Marie Airport Development Corporation and President of the Airport Management Council of Ontario (AMCO), is attending #AMO2026 to advocate for Ontario's small and regional airports.
As critical transportation hubs, airports connect communities, support economic development, facilitate tourism and business travel, and play an essential role in emergency and healthcare services. Conferences like AMO provide an opportunity to engage directly with municipal leaders and decision-makers about the challenges and opportunities facing Ontario's airport sector.
For Sault Ste. Marie Airport, these conversations help build awareness of the airport's importance to Northern Ontario, strengthen relationships with government partners, and support future infrastructure and funding opportunities that benefit our community and region.
We are proud to have Terry representing both our airport and airports across Ontario as he continues to champion the value of regional aviation.
