Sault Ste. Marie, ON — The Sault Ste. Marie Airport Development Corporation is inviting members of the public to participate in its Accessibility Consultation Survey, open now through April 28, 2025. This survey plays a key role in the development of the Year One Progress Report for the airport’s 3-Year Accessibility Plan, which outlines a path toward improved accessibility across services, facilities, and the overall passenger experience.

The consultation is open to travellers of all abilities, with a focus on gathering feedback from individuals with disabilities or those who may have faced accessibility barriers when travelling through the airport. The goal is to better understand the lived experiences of travellers and to identify both successes and areas for meaningful improvement.

Survey Details:

  • Estimated time to complete: 10–15 minutes

  • Format: Multiple choice with one open-ended question

  • Responses will be kept confidential

  • Open to: All members of the public

As a thank you for participating, survey respondents will be have the chance to win one of two $50 gift cards to Hogan’s Homestead Café, redeemable at any Hogan’s Homestead location.

Feedback collected will directly contribute to the preparation of the Year One Progress Report, helping the airport evaluate its progress and shape future accessibility initiatives in a way that reflects the needs and voices of the community it serves.
