The Sault Ste. Marie Airport Development Corporation (SSMADC) is proud to announce that the 23rd Annual SSMADC Charity Golf Tournament raised $24,000 in support of local community organizations.

Held at Crimson Ridge Golf Club, the annual tournament continues to be one of the Airport's most successful community fundraising events. Thanks to the generosity of sponsors, volunteers, participants, and community partners, the tournament has become a cherished tradition that consistently sells out while making a meaningful impact across the region.

This year's proceeds will support:

  • Canadian Bushplane Heritage Centre for aviation-related programming
  • Algoma Manor Nursing Home for non-urgent medical transportation
  • Ontario Finnish Resthome Association for a resident common area furniture improvement project

SSMADC extends its sincere appreciation to Crimson Ridge Golf Club, Embers On The Ridge, Porter Airlines, Perimeter Airlines, and all sponsors, donors, volunteers, and golfers whose contributions helped make the event a success.

A Tradition of Giving Back

Over the past 23 years, the SSMADC Charity Golf Tournament has supported numerous organizations throughout the region, including the Special Olympics, Crime Stoppers, Canadian Mental Health Association, ALS Society of Ontario, Habitat for Humanity, Community Living Algoma, Hope Air, the Sault Ste. Each year, funds raised through the tournament are directed to organizations that provide valuable programs and services that strengthen our community.
